Introducing the Seafood Excellence Awards!
The Seafood Excellence Awards (formerly the New Product Awards) at the International Boston Seafood Show & Seafood Processing America recognizes the product leaders in the North American seafood market.  On Sunday, March 14th, 2010, a panel of seafood buyers and experts will select and present the 2010 Seafood Excellence Awards for “Best New Retail Product” and “Best New Foodservice Product”.

Products entered in teh New Product Showcase are automatically entered in the Seafood Excellence Awards screening at no additional cost!


Enter the New Product Showcase:

Exhibitors may enter the New Product Showcase by completing the entry application and submitting the entry fee.  All entries in the showcase are automatically entered in the Seafood Excellence Awards screening at no additional charge.  Click on the following links to review additional details on the showcase and awards competition:

All entries in the Showcase receive:

  • One shelf or wall-mount display in the New Product Showcase on the show floor
  • Listing pre-show and post-show on show website New Product Showcase page with product photo and website link
  • Inclusion is listing of company name, booth number and new product information to Key Buyers before the show (must be entered by February 3 for this listing).
  • New Product listing in the show program, distributed to all attendees onsite.
  • All products in the Showcase are entered in the Seafood Excellence Awards Competition screening at no additional charge.
  • Inclusion in the Seafood Excellence Awards press release submitted to industry publications and all media attending and interested in the show.
  • Opportunities for additional press coverage.

All entries in the Seafood Excellence Awards Competition receive:

  • Presentation of a specially designed award onsite at the show.
  • Special recognition at the New Product Showcase on the exhibit floor. 
  • Access to the official Seafood Excellence logo for use on your marketing materials, promotions and advertisements. 
  • Inclusion in the Seafood Excellence Awards press release submitted to industry publications and all media attending and interested in the show. 
  • Opportunities for additional press coverage.

Companies in the New Product Sampling details:

  • 1-Hour Sampling Session in the New Product Showcase ($450)
  • Sampling session will take place within the New Product Showcase area on the show floor.
  • Company to provide own product and any necessary serving or preparation materials.
  • This opportunity applies only to participants in the New Product Showcase.
  • Each sampling sponsor will be promoted on a large billboard with their appropriate time slot, so interested buyers will know when to stop by.
